Coordination

The coordination packages begins 6 weeks prior to event day. The Willow Events will ensure that no parts of making your event special were missed. 

The package includes:

 Execution:

• Gather all details clients have planned and ensure nothing was missed
• Create event day timelines for vendors & all appropriate individuals 
• Full day of service on event day
• Coordinate all event and wedding rehearsals
• Coordinate event day get ready for the couple and wedding party
• Oversee event day set up, check in and breakdown for all vendors
• Set-up place cards, seating charts, programs, menu, etc on event day
• Distribute all final payments to vendors on event day as required
• Distribute all favors to guests
• Ensure all gifts, cake, extra programs, marriage certificates, etc are turned over to designated person at the end of event day.
• Coordinate all post-event activities as needed
